Any order placed with etcbyetcetera therefore implies the customer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. The present general conditions can be modified at any time and without notice by etcbyetcetera. These general conditions of sale are permanently accessible at the following address:

1. Our products and conformity with the terms and policy

Our products for sale are described in this website in the product description tab, and comply with the standards applicable in the European Union.

We provide a detailed description the most accurate possible to ensure the client’s knowledge on the product. Nevertheless, through the photos shown on the website, some details (i.e.: color, prints, texture) may vary depending on the resolution of your screen and thus differ slightly from the product you receive.

Any information contained on the site regarding size is for information purposes only. If you are in doubt regarding your own size, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.

2. Customer’s responsibilities

    Any purchase will be only valid after the payment acceptance, giving etcbyetcetera the right to cancel or refuse an order in case previous litigation(s) with the customer regarding a previous order.

    Due to our limited editions, we are only able to accept orders within the limits of our available stock. In any case, etcbyetcetera will inform the customer of the availability of the products sold on the website at the time of the order confirmation.

    If, despite etcbyetcetera vigilance, a product becomes unavailable, our brand will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then be able to cancel his order and be reimbursed, if necessary, the sum(s) already paid.

    The permanent or temporary unavailability of etcbyetcetera shall in no way engage the responsibility of the brand, nor shall it give rise to any right to compensation or supplemental damages in favor of the customer.

    The purchase price is displayed on the website, indicated in euros and including all French taxes (French VAT and any other applicable taxes) and shipping costs, handling costs and packaging costs (in case of delivery to France or Spain). This prices may be changed at any time, without prior notice and in particular in the event of changes in tax or economic data. The articles will be invoiced on the basis of the prices practiced at the time of registration of the order.

    Regarding delivery limitations of the purchase, we reserve the right not to deliver to any country prohibited by export laws and regulations. Also, they cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.
    In case of international delivery, the orders may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes to be paid upon receipt of the order or later. You will be responsible for these import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing your order. In the event that you would like to return an item, import taxes will be refunded if included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you would be responsible for the recovery of these taxes from your customs authorities.
    Also note that products of the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses.

    Payments through this web are secured by the Paypal payment system or by credit card via Strype, a secure online payment service used by a wide range of start ups.
    Online payments are subject to validation by the issuer of your card, etcbyetcetera cannot be held responsible if the issuer decides for any reason to decline a payment. We also require a preauthorization of your card and the products ordered will not be shipped until this preauthorization check has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may request payment for online service charges for which we are not responsible.

    The online purchases include a return policy of 15 days from the date of receipt to request a refund, without operating with exchanges of product(s). The articles must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. In this cases, the products should be returned to:
